Welcome to Hunting Hills Kennel homepage on the internet. At our site we hope to introduce
our Small Munsterlander breed to you. The Small Munsterlander is a long haired versatile
hunting dog that uses both air scent for pointing and ground scent for tracking. They will hunt
upland birds, water fowl and fur bearing animals for the hunter on foot. Their elegance,
intelligence, desire and devotion make them a wonderful hunting and home companion

Hunting Hill's Kennel is the home of Small Munsterlanders Darby Vom Krieger and Killian
Ridge's Ada who have passed away. Darby was our first NAVHDA Utility Test Prize I SM whose
first litter, Hunting Hills A litter, received a NAVHDA Natural Ability Breeders Award.
Our current Small Munsterlanders are VC Cody vom Apfelbaumbach, Loose's Jaika, Cyra vom
Zabelstein, Goodman's Eagle Point Farrah and Hunting Hills' Hemlock (Hemi).
Hunting Hill's Kennel belongs to the Small Munsterlander Club of North America (SMCNA) and
the Heartland Chapter of NAVHDA. We support and follow the SMCNA Code of Ethics and
Breeding Rules. All of Hunting Hills' Small Munsterlanders used for breeding are SMCNA
approved for breeding.
Hunting Hill's Kennel is also registered as a Small Munsterlander breeder with North American
Versatile Hunting Dog Association (NAVHDA) and the Small Munsterlander Club of North
America (SMCNA).
Our goal is to breed the best to the best. To produce the highest quality hunting dog that will
hunt in the field, in the woods, or in the water with quality conformation true to the FCI Small
Munsterlander breed standard, and be the calm even tempered family companion.
